• We reserve the right to modify project scope if additional requirements are requested beyond the original agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, clients will own the final deliverables created specifically for their project.
• Dignology Solutions retains the right to use project work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise specified.
• Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of our materials is prohibited.
• We respect third-party intellectual property rights and expect clients to do the same.
• Any third-party assets used in projects must be properly licensed by the client.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information required for project completion.
• Respond to requests for feedback and approval within agreed timeframes.
• Ensure all content provided is original or properly licensed.
• Provide necessary access credentials and permissions for project work.
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the project.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dignology Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the services in question.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

8. Modifications to Terms

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice.
• We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these terms.
• Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.
• Termination does not relieve either party of obligations incurred prior to termination.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this agreement which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature or acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, labor strikes, or any other cause which is beyond our reasonable control.
